Black Girls Do Engineer (BGDE) is a pioneering organization dedicated to empowering and inspiring Black girls and young women to excel in engineering and related STEM fields. Our mission is to Educate, Elevate, and Empower girls ages 6-21 by offering exposure and representation to help them achieve their aspirations in life Through innovative programs, workshops, and mentorship initiatives, BGDE aims to cultivate a community where Black girls can thrive and realize their full potential in STEM. We believe in the power of representation and strive to create a supportive environment where every girl feels encouraged to pursue and succeed in STEM careers. At BGDE, we are committed to fostering a pipeline of future leaders who will drive innovation and contribute to shaping the future of STEM.
