Charter Membership
Founded alongside the Museum in 1996, the National Women’s History Museum’s Charter Membership program has fueled the Museum’s ability to uncover, share, and celebrate women’s contributions to American history for nearly 30 years.
The support of our Charter Members—each with a story of their own—has helped ensure women’s contributions, accomplishments, and stories are woven in the fabric of our national narrative, and that women’s voices are included in every place of knowledge and power, from history books and museums to currency and public sculpture.
We are profoundly grateful to our Charter Members for their steadfast support, growing from a small group of funders to a strong grassroots community of changemakers.
While we are no longer accepting new charter members, existing members can renew their membership in perpetuity.
To every charter member who has supported us along the way, thank you.
