Dr. Nancy O'Reilly, Psy.D.

Nancy D. O'Reilly, PsyD, is an international philanthropist, author, educator, and advocate for women’s empowerment. She founded Women Connect4Good, Inc., a 501(c)3 foundation, to support women and achieve gender equality. A passionate collaborator, she actively connects with organizations advancing women’s leadership and serves on the boards of several prominent social-profit organizations, including the ERA Coalition and Take The Lead.
Dr. Nancy is the author of In This Together: How Successful Women Support Each Other in Work and Life (Adams Media/Simon & Schuster) and Leading Women: 20 Influential Women Share Their Secrets to Leadership, Business, and Life. She recently co-authored Mission Matters: Power and Purpose in 2024 and contributed to Mission Matters: Leadership and Success, Volume 11, alongside 19 other mission-driven leaders. Two new titles are scheduled for release in 2025.
For over a decade, Dr. Nancy has hosted Smart, Amazing Conversations with Dr. Nancy, a popular podcast featuring the stories of life and leadership of extraordinary women—and men—from all walks of life. An in-demand speaker throughout her career, she recently appeared at the National Women’s History Museum’s Women Making History Awards Gala. In 2024, she participated in a panel at the Report on the Status of Women and Girls in California event at Mount Saint Mary’s University. She also spoke at the Equal Rights Amendment Congressional Reception at the U.S. Senate. Her contributions have earned numerous accolades, including the prestigious Mosaic Award from Diversity Woman Media and a Women Making History Award from NWHM.
A licensed psychologist, Dr. Nancy served on the governor-appointed Missouri Committee of Psychologists, directed a large employee assistance program, and served as a Nationally Certified Crisis Team Leader in New York after 9/11. She earned her dual bachelor’s degrees in sociology and psychology from Drury University and completed her PsyD at Forest Institute of Professional Psychology in Springfield, Missouri.
