Her Story

My husband and I met Gina as patients in the dental office where she works. She is the consummate professional and over the years our relationship has developed to friendship. She kindly shared her story with me when I interviewed her for my book, Women, Work and Triumph; Interviews with Fascinating Women.

Professionally, she is a joy to work with. She has a marvelous sense of humor, a kindness and concern for her patients and she is efficient and knowledgeable about dentistry. Personally, she fights for the rights of the LGBTQ community, is devoted to family and friends, and improves the lives of all she comes in contact with just by her smile.

She has raised a beautiful healthy daughter of whom she is most proud. I admire her personal strength, courage, and optimism while overcoming addiction and sexual discrimination as she continues the fight for acceptance and respect for the LGBTQ community.
